I love the smell of smoked habaneros!  We smoke Chocolate Habaneros with pecan wood for hours, creating a great focal point for this sauce.  Adding the sweet honey and tangy mustard rounds out this fun and versatile sauce that can help spruce up any dish.  Many of my friends are saying this is their new favorite flavor.  

My favorite pairings are with bratwurst, grilled ham / cheese, and many types of chicken.
